                A) ISO 9001 Quality Assurance Manual (Administrative Quality overview)

                B) ISO 9001 Quality Control Manual: Quality Control detail test and production
                  System which may include our tie in option to existing Mil-I-45208 and or
                  Mil-Q-9858 Dept of Defense Q Systems should your current quality system
                  reference them. Phillips Milpac assists and if desired will write and
                  produce compliance forms and procedures as needed. This is quoted as a
                  separate task from the basic system. Consulting time does apply to this
                  usage should you wish this.

                C) ISO 9001 Development and update system. Allows updates to be made and
                  proven to ISO 9000 with out jeopardizing system integrity.

                D) ISO 9001 Master system. Maintains system integrity in event of corrupted
                  data at pc and or shop (operational) level.

                E) System is best (should be) operated from a dedicated desk (dedicated to
                  QA) for small companies or departments for larger organizations. We will set
                  up the Quality Technician (mgr) desk and have the "In the Clear" meeting,
                  training and Q schedules, system, basic inspection priorities and requirements
                  properly laid out and available to your staff.
                  If your ISO is not set up well to begin with then it is too easy to procrastinate
                  and before you know it you or the organization are not following ISO
                  procedures. A well organized Q Desk properly set up will assist in
                  preventing a quality system failure. The user is requested to provide
                  a desk and a 4 draw filling cabinet.

                F) Phillips Milpac will assist as needed with integration of ISO 9001 with your
                  existing Quality System.

                G) Complete ISO 9001 install: Approx 6 weeks.

                H)ISO Registration and Certification:
                  System runs 90 to 120 days and accumulates inspection data and record.
                  Board member is invited to review system and buy off. Price of this system
                  includes Phillips Milpac's presence at buyoff, supervise and or complete as
                  deemed necessary any corrective measures which ISO board member
                  may request or deem necessary for certification. (Customer must pursue
                  ISO certification within 6 months of system install)

                I) Phillips Milpac fully backs this system and provides TBD hours of free
                  support and consulting with the sale of each system which apply beyond
                  installing and getting your company certified. We want to work with you,
                  and see your company transition and succeed in operating in compliance
                  with ISO 9001 thru a positive, productive and profitable experience.

                J) Consulting: 50% off regular pricing for the 1st 6 months. Portal to
                  Portal plus travel expenses. (Discount not applicable to travel)
